Refund and Returns Policy

Emico EV Bikes, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund and Returns Policy explains the conditions under which returns, cancellations, and refunds are applicable.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• The product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery

• The product delivered is different from what was ordered

• A manufacturing defect is identified within the specified period

All return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery along with proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

• Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or accidents

• Normal wear and tear

• Accessories or parts once installed or used

• Vehicles registered in the customer’s name

3. Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations are allowed only before the vehicle is registered or dispatched. Once registration or delivery is completed, cancellations will not be permitted.

4. Refund Process

Once the return request is approved and the product is inspected, refunds will be initiated:

• Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment

• Processing time may take 7–14 business days

• Any applicable deductions (registration, logistics, or administrative charges) will be communicated in advance

5. EMI and Financing Refunds

For purchases made through EMI or financing partners such as Bajaj Finserv:

• Refunds will be processed as per the financier’s terms and conditions

• Emico EV Bikes is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions

• EMI cancellation or foreclosure charges, if any, will be borne by the customer

6. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to product availability and management approval. Any price difference must be paid by the customer.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If a product is received in damaged condition, customers must notify Emico EV Bikes immediately with clear photos or videos for verification.

8. Policy Updates

Emico EV Bikes reserves the right to modify this Refund and Returns Policy at any time. Changes will be updated on this page without prior notice.
